1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Happydiscover website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the site immediately.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of the website.

2. Services Provided

Happydiscover offers website design, development, digital marketing, PR, and related digital services. All services are described on the website and are subject to a separate service agreement or proposal detailing the scope, deliverables, and pricing.

• All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
• Project timelines are estimates and may be adjusted based on client feedback and unforeseen technical challenges.
• Any additional work outside the agreed scope will be billed separately at our standard hourly rate.

3. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to cooperate fully with the Happydiscover team, including providing all necessary materials, content, and feedback in a timely manner. Delays in providing these materials may impact project timelines and delivery dates.

The client is responsible for ensuring that all content provided (text, images, logos, and other media) does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.

4. Payment Terms

Invoices are due within 14 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may result in a temporary suspension of work until the balance is settled.

We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, and approved online payment methods. All fees are quoted in EUR unless stated otherwise.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of all fees, ownership of the final deliverables (custom code, designs, and written content created specifically for your project) is transferred to the client. Happydiscover retains the right to use the work in our portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement is in place.

We reserve the right to reuse any general-purpose code libraries, frameworks, and tools used during development if they were not created specifically for the client.

6. Limitation of Liability

Happydiscover shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability under these terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Turku, Finland.
