Happydiscover is committed to ensuring client satisfaction with every service we provide. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for our digital services, including website development, PR campaigns, and consulting.

2. Service Agreements

Each project begins with a detailed service agreement or proposal. The agreement specifies the scope, deliverables, timeline, and total cost. Any refund eligibility is evaluated based on the terms agreed in that document.

• Project-based services – refunds are considered only if we fail to deliver the agreed milestones.
• Monthly subscription services – you may cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds are not issued for partial months.

3. Cancellation Before Project Start

If you cancel a project before work has commenced, you are entitled to a full refund of any deposits paid, minus any non-refundable fees explicitly stated in your agreement.

4. Partial Refunds

If you cancel a project after work has begun, you may be eligible for a prorated refund for work not yet completed. The calculation will be based on the percentage of milestones achieved relative to the total project scope.

In such cases, you will retain ownership of the completed work for which you have paid.

5. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

• Third-party fees (e.g., domain registrations, software licences, advertising spend) already incurred on your behalf.
• Completed deliverables that have been approved by you.
• Consulting or strategy sessions that have already been conducted.

6. How to Request a Refund

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
